We know you're excited to receive your order! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please let us know right away! Attach a quick photo of the item to your email, and we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, including all shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received the item. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment—please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
